To strengthen community resilience in the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), which are rising in prevalence in Indonesia, one of the key strategies is to equip healthcare professionals with expertise in cancer control. In line with this, Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta is organizing the 2024 International Conference on Health Sciences (ICHS), themed "Cancer." The ICHS aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, share innovative approaches, and develop effective strategies for cancer prevention and management, contributing significantly to the global fight against this critical health issue.
